Full Planning service includes (but is not limited to):


  1. • Budget preparation and allocation and management

  2. • Vendor recommendations and assistance in the selection of vendors

  3. • Reviewing all vendor contracts* if desired

  4. • Preparing and maintaining a wedding planning schedule for the months between the start of the contract and the wedding date

  5. • Full development of the theme that you have chosen (including: site decor, food, attire, favours, centrepieces, and wedding stationary)

  6. • Attending all vendor appointments, if desired

  7. • Handling follow-ups with all vendors

  8. • Attending appointment with Officiant (discussion of actual ceremony), if desired

  9. • Creation of the wedding party information package (including contact sheet, separate bridal party schedules for bridesmaids and groomsmen, essential information/reminders for the bridal party, and wedding day checklist)

  10. • Creation of the wedding dat itinerary

  11. • Supervision of the wedding rehearsal

  12. • Supervision of the ceremony set up

  13. • Supervision of the reception set up

  14. • On site directions of the wedding ceremony, the photo session following and the wedding reception.

  15. • An assistant for the day of the wedding at no extra cost

  16. •Full use of the Cara Mia Events Wedding Day Emergency Kit (?)
