Cara Mia Events is a full service Wedding Planning, Event Planning and Coordination company, servicing Milton & Halton Region, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, Toronto and the GTA. We specialize in luxury weddings, corporate events, birthday parties and all life celebrations.

Package includes:
• A two-hour consultation 4-6 week prior to discuss all elements of your event
• Unlimited phone and email correspondence 4 weeks prior to your wedding
• Creation of the wedding party information package (includes: contact sheet, separate bridal party schedules for the bridesmaids and the groomsmen, essential information/reminders sheet, and a wedding day checklist)
• Vendor recommendations
• A one-hour consultation 1 week prior to your wedding to discuss any last minute details
• Supervision of the wedding rehearsal
• Supervision of the ceremony set up
• On site direction of the wedding ceremony
• Supervision of the photo session following the ceremony
• On site supervision of the wedding reception, until close of the evening (or until a pre-determined times)
• An assistant for the day of the wedding at no extre cost
•Full use of the Cara Mia Events Wedding Day Emergency Kit (?)
